Exactly, I totally agree with you because according to me each nurturing email should be focused around one topic and include a call to action. Put yourself in your leads shoes when creating your emails, they are bombarded by messages all day long and are looking for an excuse to delete your email.

These are valuable tips for lead nurturing. I liked your point about text vs. html emails. A lot of marketers will be afraid to let go of the branding opportunity, but there are other ways to make the brand message come across, e.g. through the writing style, the topics you choose, having a consistent sender, etc.

Interesting comment about html versus text. No question that emails with heavy use of graphics don't work well. There's nothing worse than requiring someone to load graphics to interpret the email.

But, I'd prefer formatted html (without all of the graphics) over text. It gives one control over the presentation and can be easier for recipients to scan.

Great tips. Unique, short, focused, and one call to action.

Are there really site owners who approve a new design without doing a standard A/B testing?! The most important thing about a good design is getting the result you aspire to.
