Hi, Ardath. Thanks for the review of the Left Brain Model.

To your comments, we find with our clients that the biggest challenge is in building out granular, step-by-step marketing nurturing upstream from marketing 'qualifying' a lead. So we've presented a model that is granular in this regard -- adding four steps from Prospect so Sales Opportuntiy. We've also tried to be clear about how you use different demographic and behavioral factors at each stage to qualify your leads. The goal is to simplify what is otherwise not a very simple process, and to help B2B marketers better leverage marketing automation in their demand generation programs.
