Ardath,

Very nice post. Over the years of doing buyer persona development, we've seen the transformation taking place in the buying process. Content is playing a bigger role than ever - especially for the people who care as you state well.

Thanks,
Tony Zambito

Do you have an example of a site that does a good job at reaching each buyer?

Ardath and Jennifer -

I think an example of making the content relevant to users is the work that Attivio (www.attivio.com) has done. They show four persona's and let the user choose their path with content tuned to that persona.

Thanks for this reference to my interview with Kathy. I enjoy seeing how people take an idea and run with it - making connections that I may not have originally seen.

Feel free to keep up the conversation via my own blog at http://www.davidwillows.com
