Excellent post, Ardath. When we have access to our customers through our relationships we really should use that access to get to know them better. How much $$ and time would we save? And how much would we strengthen relationships with clients and prospects if we were delivering the type of marketing information that they want, how they want it, when they need it? Think of how we could move relationships forward with content they need and want! That’s being customer-focused, isn’t it?
