Excellent website audit checklist.

I would probably consider auditing my lead-generation opt-in process to pinpoint new opportunities to entice visitors to opt-in, since so many visitors just look around and then disappear.

I would also consider my "money magnet" strategy (the opt-in offers) and take a fresh look at how I might move the free line (so to speak) by giving away more value to attract more qualified visitors and leads.
