Nice one. Confirms that buyers value things that aren't just about the vendor.

Nice synopsis, it's refreshing to see the perspective of "content" format" as opposed to activity, i.e. demand generation, campaign management, etc. I think it's important that content go across activities and functions.

You cant "turn on" any one content format without a plan. Before implementing a "new" format anything short of a life cycle content strategy is creating another sales and marketing silo.
