Create a "Sticky" Lead Nurturing Process
Ardath - great Ebook. I work with many clients and most of them now have a pretty well dressed CRM. What I liked was how you layed out the process from a sales persepective. Sales should see who their potential prospects are even if they aren't yet ready to buy. Glad I found this blog. Chad
